These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mac and Mac Power Partnership LLC (“Vita Nova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
02 — About Vita Nova
Vita Nova is a private wellness residence operated by Mac and Mac Power Partnership LLC in South Florida. Vita Nova is a private, all-pay residential program for adults aged 21 and older. We are not a hospital, treatment center, licensed clinical facility, or rehabilitation center.
Vita Nova offers a private, personal, high-touch residential experience. Mac and Laura work directly with each client in a private home setting. The program is all-inclusive and covers accommodations, meals, 24-hour security, nursing support, wellness services, and personal time with Mac and Laura.
03 — Eligibility
Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 21 and older. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to anyone under the age of 21.
04 — Use of the Website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
You may:
- View and read the content on this website for your personal information
- Submit contact forms and inquiries for legitimate purposes
- View and pay invoices that have been addressed to you
- Share links to our website on social media or other platforms
You may not:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the website

07 — Form Submissions & Communications
When you submit a form on this website, including the “Get Started” form, you agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
- Mac or Laura may contact you using the information you provide (phone, email, or text, based on your stated preference)
- Your submission creates a record in our internal system that may be reviewed and followed up on
- We may store your information as described in our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to decline, ignore, or delete submissions that contain spam, false information, or content that we determine to be inappropriate or abusive.
08 — SMS Consent & Communications
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receiving SMS (text) messages from Vita Nova at the phone number you provided. This consent is not a condition of receiving services.
Consent Details
- SMS messages are delivered through Telnyx, a third-party telecommunications provider
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Vita Nova
- Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier
- Your consent, including your IP address and timestamp, is recorded for compliance purposes
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent.

09 — Payment Terms
Vita Nova is an entirely private-pay program. We do not accept insurance, and we do not work with insurance companies.
Payment for Services
- Full payment is arranged privately before arrival
- Payment is made by cashier’s check or wire transfer, payable to Mac and Mac Power Partnership LLC
- Program investment is discussed personally during your first call with Mac or Laura
- All programs are all-inclusive — accommodations, meals, 24-hour security, nursing support, wellness services, and all time with Mac and Laura
Online Invoice Payments
If an invoice is sent to you, you may pay online through our secure public invoice portal. Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making an online payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.
We accept major credit and debit cards for online invoice payments. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
Refunds
10 — Invoices
Invoices are generated and managed through our internal system. When an invoice is sent to you, you will receive a unique link to view and pay the invoice through our public invoice portal.
- Invoices are accessible only via their unique public link
- Invoice status and details are accurate as of the time they were created or last updated
- We reserve the right to void or amend invoices that contain errors
- Invoice view counts and first-view timestamps are recorded for business purposes
11 — No Medical or Clinical Advice
Vita Nova is not a medical facility, hospital, treatment center, or licensed clinical program. We do not employ licensed medical professionals, therapists, counselors, or psychiatrists as part of our core program. Nursing support provided at the residence is for general wellness and does not constitute medical treatment.
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

16 — Confidentiality
Vita Nova takes client confidentiality seriously. Every person who enters the residence signs a permanent confidentiality agreement. Your participation in the program is known only to the people inside the residence.
Information you submit through our website forms is treated as confidential. It is shared only among authorized staff members who need it to respond to your inquiry and manage your client relationship. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Because we do not work with insurance companies, no personal health information is filed, coded, reviewed, or stored by any insurance provider.
17 — Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to this website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Submitting false or misleading information
