Mac has spent more than 40 years building businesses, leading teams, mentoring people, and helping others through some of the hardest moments of their lives.

Long before Vita Nova, Mac was already doing the work — sitting with people, listening to what was really going on, helping them see the truth, and giving them a clearer way forward. Over the years, he has helped people facing addiction, broken relationships, family crisis, anger, shame, grief, business pressure, personal failure, and the feeling that life had gotten completely off track.

He built and scaled a $1 billion revenue operation, led thousands of people, and learned firsthand that success on the outside does not always mean peace on the inside.

Mac also understands struggle personally. He has faced addiction, loss, failure, and rebuilding his own life. That experience gives him the ability to meet people without judgment and help them get honest about what is really happening underneath the surface.

Mac spends real time with every person — one on one, face to face, in real life — helping them understand themselves and learn how to live differently.

Laura has spent over 15 years building things — across tech, real estate, and advisory, rising from marketing leadership. That range of sales, marketing, operations, and advisory is exactly what it takes to run something as personal and precise as Vita Nova.

But Laura's connection to this work is not only professional. She has her own story of struggling with an unhealthy relationship with drugs and alcohol — a period in her life when she knew something had to change. She got the help she needed, and she has never forgotten what that meant. That is part of why she is here. She knows what it feels like to be on the other side of the door, and she is genuinely, personally invested in making sure every person who walks through it gets the same chance she did.

Laura is a true advocate for every client who comes through Vita Nova. No two roadmaps ever look the same, because no two people are the same — she takes what she learns about a person's temperament, history, and real-life circumstances and builds their path around it, not the other way around. She fights for each person to get exactly what they need, not a version of what worked for someone else.

Laura spends real time with every client, alongside Mac — in conversation, at the table, on the water, in the quiet moments in between. She sees clients not as cases to manage but as people to know, and she brings that same instinct to the families who are often hurting just as much as the person in front of her.

Her mission mirrors Mac's: help people understand themselves, rebuild trust in who they are, and leave Vita Nova not just better, but genuinely ready for the life waiting for them.
